2.1. Content Ownership: As a developer, you retain full ownership of the content you upload to our platform. AKTrains does not claim any ownership rights over your products. You grant AKTrains a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting our Service and facilitating the sale and download of your products on our platform. This license is limited to the extent necessary to provide the Service and does not grant AKTrains any ownership or control over your content.

2.2. Security Disclaimer: While we take reasonable measures to protect your products from unauthorized access, we cannot guarantee that your products will not be stolen, pirated, or otherwise misused by third parties. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital distribution.

3. Commission Fees

3.1. Commission Agreement: The commission fees for using AKTrains’ services will be determined through a separate agreement negotiated between you (the developer) and AKTrains prior to using our platform. The specific commission rates, payment terms, and any other related details will be outlined in this agreement.

3.2. Payment: You agree to pay the agreed-upon commission fees to AKTrains in accordance with the terms specified in the commission agreement. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in account suspension or termination.

3.3. Changes to Commission: AKTrains reserves the right to modify the commission rates or payment terms upon mutual agreement between both parties. Any changes to the commission structure will be communicated to you in writing with reasonable notice.

By using AKTrains’ services, you acknowledge and agree that the commission fees and related terms will be determined as discussed and outlined in a separate commission agreement.
